“Pnoe” – A Daughter’s Breath of Life

The owner and architect of Opsis Villas envisioned a place where land and sea come together, where comfort and inspired living can flourish and offer a unique hospitality experience. It was a real challenge to show all his inspiration and ability upon deciding to create Opsis Villas, a two-villa luxury complex in Zante built directly at the beachfront.

Hovering between the blues of the sky and the sea, its contemporary, stark building cuts a spectacular figure even from afar. Erasing boundaries between interior and exterior but also highlighting constructional simplicity and pure lines, this luxury villa complex is a modern masterpiece of sustainable architecture that boasts a harmonious blend of comfort, natural beauty and ecological consideration.

As soon as you step inside this architectural masterpiece you will be enfolded in a unique feeling of peace and harmony. Within each villa, the cutting-edge design features clean lines, large windows, and a minimalist aesthetic that seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings. A calming, neutral base that does not detract from the views is layered with tactile fabrics and bespoke furniture crafted in natural materials. Every element was carefully considered to pay respect to, and accentuate, the natural beauty, charm and energy of the island.

Indoor and outdoor spaces fuse to make the most of the spectacular sea views and the well-tended terraces. The sea is like moving art and the soft noise of waves lapping against the shore is one of the most relaxing sounds in the world. The villas also have direct access to a private beach, where a stone path leads you to the water's edge to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves in complete seclusion.

With a full staff, Opsis Villas is a real gem of style and exclusivity. A world away, it offers a private, secluded stay for guests looking to unwind, while still being within easy reach of the island’s lively hot spots.
SUSTAINABILITY
The philosophy of Opsis Villas focuses heavily on sustainable architecture and ecological consideration. Solar panels, unique organic building elements and a green roof implementation provide thermal comfort for occupants and reduce the overall energy consumption of the buildings.
